Head of Public Knowledge, Dr Judith Welford, can regularly be found at the various networking events hosted by BALTIC.

As part of the B-Partnership programme, in 2009, Public Knowledge undertook a small sample of online interviews to explore the reasons why people within a one hour drive radius of the BALTIC had not chosen to visit the Centre.

The results of this research were invaluable to the BALTIC in terms of subsequent marketing activity to those people who have not visited the attraction and as part of the 2010 B-partnership renewal, Public Knowledge managing a small street research project to evaluate the success of the campaign.

The partnership was renewed in 2011 with discussions for further research currently underway.
